This role offers a unique blend of FP&A and operational accounting exposure, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.This role requires an on-site schedule based in Poinciana, FL.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to planning cycles by assisting with projections, performance tracking, and internal reporting needsPlay a role in periodic close processes by helping compile financial data and resolving discrepanciesCreate and update analytical tools used to evaluate project performance and business scenarios Review financial results to identify patterns, fluctuations, and underlying business driversWork alongside cross-functional partners to validate information and improve overall data reliabilityCompile recurring financial summaries and highlight notable changes against expectationsTranslate financial findings into practical takeaways for non-finance stakeholdersAssist with forward-looking planning efforts and provide support on various analytical requests as neededHelp ensure consistency and reliability of financial information across reporting platformsAdhere to established guidelines and procedures to support a controlled financial environmentKey QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience supporting both accounting and FP&A functions preferredStrong Excel skills (data analysis, trend identification, reporting)Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively
