Role Description This is an on-site, full-time General Manager (ATV Rental, Sales, and Tour Agent) role based in Jerome, Michigan. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of ATV rentals, sales, and guided tours while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing a team, scheduling staff, maintaining inventory, coordinating tours, and ensuring equipment safety standards. Additionally, the role involves developing marketing strategies, fostering positive customer relationships, and overseeing financial and operational performance. Qualifications Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, and operational management Knowledge of ATV or automotive sales and rental processes Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety standards Proficiency in financial reporting and performance management Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in the off-road recreation or related industry is a plus A valid driver’s license and ability to operate ATV's safely #J-18808-Ljbffr
