The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying computer applications software and specialized utility programs. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to develop software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs based on user needs. - Analyze user requirements to design and customize software solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. - Analyze and design databases within application areas, either individually or as part of a team. - Apply expertise in handling multiple complex work assignments, with a focus on innovation and originality in solving problems. - Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodologies and presenting technical solutions. - Contribute to project deliverables and performance metrics. **Qualifications:** - Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in software development. - Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to design software that meets client needs. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Experience in database design and development is highly desirable.
