REPORTS TO: Senior Program Manager - Chicago Rents STATUS: Exempt, salaried, full-timeLOCATION: Chicago, Illinois (currently hybrid remote/in-office schedule)SALARY RANGE: $56,417 - $80,262 (commensurate with experience)ABOUT ALL CHICAGO:All Chicago MHH's mission is to unite our community and resources to provide solutions that ensure and sustain the stability of home. Learn more at www.allchicago.org.Position Summary:The Program Manager strengthens Chicago Rents' impact by building landlord partnerships, drives recruitment strategies and leads staff to expand safe and affordable housing options available to program participants within diverse housing programs. The role develops strategic materials, monitors program performance and ensures effective coordination with partners and stakeholders. The Program Manager leads a team of staff who help develop and maintain the landlord portfolio.Position Responsibilities:Chicago Rents Project ManagementBuild and sustain relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing partners to expand access to safe and affordable units for program participantsLeads and implements large-scale targeted landlord recruitment efforts to secure proper, safe, and affordable housing units throughout the city of ChicagoOversees overall housing unit portfolio, ensuring diversity of unit and consistent with landlord/property partner protocols (e.g. unit application processes)Address and support resolution of stakeholder concernsDevelop outreach materials and marketing - including brochures, mailings, presentations, and digital content to support landlord recruitment and retention effortsResearch and apply best practices to strengthen program outcomesEstablish a team-based approach for managing landlord relationshipsCollaborate cross functionally with program leadership across diverse teamsConduct periodic case file and portfolio audits to ensure compliance with HUD, ESG, DV, DFSS, and internal Chicago Rents standards, and develop corrective action plans when necessaryAnalyze program data trends to identify risks, operational inefficiencies, and concentration issues within the landlord portfolio and implement mitigation strategiesAdministration and Other ActivitiesDesign and implement a standardized LLEC supervision framework including performance benchmarks, inspection readiness standards, landlord onboarding targetsReview and audit staff time allocation, productivity benchmarks, inspection scheduling efficiency, and compliance documentation accuracyOversee staff development and performance, operational oversight (e.g. timesheet approval and time off), and compliance and training managementCollaborate with the Senior Program Manager to evaluate team capacity, redistribute workload when needed. Demonstrate stewardship of departmental and organizational resourcesAssist with organizational events and other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Justice, or related field required (equivalent experience considered)Minimum 4 years of experience in social services, property management, or related field; homelessness or housing experience preferredDemonstrated project management experienceExcellent professional writing and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, conflict resolution, and computer literacy skillsDemonstrate integrity, strong work ethic, and professional presenceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must have reliable personal transportation for travel to multiple locations within the City of ChicagoCompensation:We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance, and disability, employer-matched retirement plan, paid leave, and more.To Apply:
