TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Import Export Specialist for an On-site opportunity in New Brunswick, NJRole: Import Export SpecialistDuration: 1+ YearLocations: New Brunswick, NJAnticipated Start Date: 06/01/2026Job Type: Contract – On-siteWe are looking for an Import/Export Specialist with experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific shipping logistics, including international shipments, cold-chain handling, customs documentation, and Hazmat/IATA certification.Key Responsibilities:Support domestic and international shipment logistics for pharmaceutical/scientific materialsPrepare shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, and export/import documentationCoordinate shipments with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external partnersManage temperature-controlled and cold-chain shipments, including dry ice and regulated materialsTrack shipments, inventory, and records using systems/tools such as Excel, databases, or LIMSEnsure shipments meet compliance, packaging, and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills:Experience in scientific/pharma/biotech shipping logistics (non-industrial)Experience with international shipping and customs documentationHands-on experience with cold-chain or temperature-controlled shipmentsHazmat / Dangerous Goods / IATA Shipping Certification is requiredExperience working in regulated environments, such as GMP/GxP/GLP, preferredStrong coordination, documentation, and communication skillsAbout TSR:TSR Consulting (TSR, Inc.) is an established IT staffing and consulting firm operating since 1967, specializing in providing technical talent, project management, and specialized services across various industries, including energy, financial services, and life sciences.
