(Competent)Responsibilities1. Patient Care: Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance.2. Knowledge and Skills: Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process.3. Professional Relationships/Leadership: Initiate and effectively demonstrate behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identifies need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes.4.
