(Competent)Responsibilities1. Patient Care: Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance.2. Knowledge and Skills: Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process.3.
