Job Title: Lead Production OperatorLocation: Roseville, MNCompensation: $22.00–$26.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | Hours vary by production needsJob Type : Temp | Full-time About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Lead Production Operator for a manufacturing and track and trace solutions company in Roseville, MN. In this role, you'll provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, support daily operations, and help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the finishing department. What You'll Do as a Lead Production Operator: Lead and support production team members, serving as the first point of contact for daily questions and issuesCoordinate and delegate work assignments based on priorities, workload, and employee skill levelOperate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are metTrain new employees and coach team members to improve performance and skillsTroubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and coordinate with maintenance as neededTrack production data including downtime, scrap, and inventory accuracyCommunicate goals, delays, and issues with supervisors and support departmentsWhat You Need to Bring to the Lead Production Operator Role: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentPrevious team lead or leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and quality standardsAbility to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and basic technical drawingsBasic computer skills (production systems, email, Excel or similar)Strong problem solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environmentWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and direct hire opportunities for long-term stability.
