Ensure excellence in clinical care delivery and compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Champion arelationship-based caremodel that fosters nursing autonomy and professional growth. Manage staffing, scheduling, and PTO allocation to ensure optimal coverage and cost?effective position control. Recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate ED nursing staff; support ongoing technical and professional development. Collaborate with the Wilmington Chief Nursing Officer to plan, develop, and manage the department budget. Model and reinforce ChristianaCares values, leadership expectations, and culture of safety. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)anda Masters degree (Masters in Nursing or other relevant field accepted). At least5 years of clinical and leadership experience , preferably in Emergency Services. Professional specialty certification required ; Nurse Executive Certification preferred. Strong communication, team?building, and decision?making abilities. Annual Compensation Range $121,180.80 - $193,897.60 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
