This candidate will help play a key role in supporting different school initiatives and will need to collaborate with other coaches to ensure that the program runs smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoachingProgram coaches will be responsible for carrying out soccer sessions, which may include planning out soccer sessions as well as coaching various age groups2. EquipmentCoaches will also be responsible for taking equipment to and from the locations at which the program will be held. Equipment may include soccer balls, goals, cones, etc.3. Reliable TransportationMany of these school locations may vary in distance and will also be in different locations around El Paso. Coaches must be able to get to and from locations in a reliable manner.4. AvailabilityApplicant must be available between the hours of 5-9 p.m. While there may be a variety of hours in the day for coaches that are hired in, this specific position will have varying hours later in the day.QualificationsAbility to interact with children and relay information to them in an informative way.Familiarity with how to use soccer equipment.Enthusiasm and knowledge of soccer.BenefitsCompetitive PayJob Questions:What kind of sports experience do you have for this role?What is your current availability?
