Senior Counsel, Vendor Management is a full-time position responsible for negotiating vendor contracts and providing strategic legal support to the Procurement team, while working remotely from Boston, Massachusetts. Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and negotiate complex health insurance and commercial agreements Provide strategic advice and serve as a trusted partner to the Procurement team Improve vendor contracting processes and assess AI tools for contract managementRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an ABA accredited law school with at least 10 years of relevant experience Experience as a contracting attorney in the healthcare industry Understanding of corporate law and contract drafting Experience with contract management systems Dynamic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
