Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, responsible for negotiating vendor contracts and providing strategic legal support to the Procurement team in a full-time remote position. Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and negotiate complex health insurance agreements and commercial contracts Provide strategic advice and counsel to the Procurement team and business partners Improve and implement vendor contracting processes and assess AI tools for contract managementRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an ABA accredited law school At least 10 years of relevant experience as a contract attorney in the healthcare industry Experience with complex health industry contracts and corporate law Familiarity with contract management systems Dynamic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
