Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with various financial tasks. Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the company's financial records - Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger - Handle accounts payable and receivable functions - Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely - Complete bank reconciliations and financial reports - Assist with tax preparation and audits - Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records efficiently Experience - Proficiency in Quickbooks - Previous experience in public accounting is a plus - Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial concepts - Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations effectively - Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivable If you possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for accurate financial reporting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Full Charge Bookkeeper position.
