Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, building strong relationships with clients, delivering customer service excellence, and supporting the team through coaching and collaboration. The role also involves fostering long-term partnerships and meeting set sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to listen to and understand client needs effectivelyProven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and building long-term client relationshipsCapability to deliver Training to team members to enhance overall performance and effectivenessSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the real estate or design industry is an advantage
