We're trusted by industry leaders in data centers, automotive, communications, and consumer devices we work with the world's largest and most notable companies in tech.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to join our team in the USA.This customer-facing role requires working in a large team environment including: leadership for directing and coordinating sales and field AE resources, coordination/facilitation of customer interaction between proteanTecs Product Marketing/Engineering, understanding of the core technology requirements in the digital implementation and/or IP space, coordination of sales strategies and efforts across worldwide customer operations.Leading pre/post-sales campaigns, managing and growing solution adoption in the territory for proteanTecs IP and solution platform.The ability to foster and grow customer relationships throughout all levels of the customer organization to better connect our solutions with the customer's problems/business challenges and insure roadmap alignment for long term success.Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman, or Target Account Selling a plus.Must have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of digital implementation flows (synthesis, place & route, and signoff) and/or experience with IP's or software platforms. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing eco-systems. Understanding of DFT chip bringup and manufacturing flows is plus.The ability to effectively translate customer needs to viable solutions internally to proteanTecs technical teams.Base salary of $160,000 per year + Bonuses.Requirements4+ years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a closely related field.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multinational or startup environment.Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies and industry trends.Experience managing complex, multi-level sale cycles, with an ability to influence executive-level decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of business dynamics and strategies, including tactics for successfully closing high-stakes deals.Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Deep understanding of electronic systems and HW designResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for building, developing, and driving a sales pipeline for our processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across the Silicon Valley.Responsibilities include developing and managing a sales pipeline while driving market penetration, adoption, and revenueYou will work closely with multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, Legal, Finance, proteanTecs executives and collaborate with proteanTecs sales team to achieve sales targets in the regionGenerate, develop, qualify, and drive new business opportunities in the region, including:Opportunity managementManage contract negotiations (business and legal) with customers and proteanTecs functional teamsArticulate key value propositions for the adoption of the unique proteanTecs solution with key semiconductor companies, across the organization (executive management, marketing, architects, hardware, and software engineers)Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for proliferation of the technology in the regionProvide market and account feedback to the RnD and Marketing BU to drive product roadmaps and strategiesTrack activities and provide reports to management, BU and executive personnel on account strategies activities and progressDevelop and execute against strategic sales plansMaintain regular contact with multiple internal BU's team to drive enterprise-wide strategic activities
