Office & Operations Administrator | BiotechnologyLocation: Tustin, CACompensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hour (DOE)Status: 3-6 Month with potential to be hired on.The OpportunityJoin a fast-paced biotechnology team as the central hub of our Tustin operations. We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator who thrives on variety-balancing executive support, facility management, and digital document security. As the "face of the office," you will ensure our facility runs like a well-oiled machine while providing critical administrative leverage to our CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's master schedule and conference room priorities. Act as a professional gatekeeper by screening emails and calls, and managing logistics for travel and high-level events.Talent Coordination: Support the growth of our team by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and leading the onboarding experience (desk setup, office tours, and new-hire documentation).Digital Records Management: Serve as the DocuSign Administrator, managing the full lifecycle of digital envelopes and ensuring all executed contracts are securely filed and organized.Hospitality & Front Office: Maintain a welcoming, high-energy front office environment. Manage guest arrivals, weekly kitchen deliveries, and general facility "readiness."Logistics & Finance: Oversee daily mail/package distribution and assist the finance team with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and collections.Special Projects: Support trade show preparation (packing/logistics) and lead office reorganization initiatives as needed.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of professional administrative or office management experience.Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in MS Outlook and working knowledge of DocuSign, Excel, and basic A/R processes.Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for package handling and office supplies.Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a "no task too small" mentality, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
