The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating CNC milling machines or lathes to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling machines or lathesInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsLoad raw materials and select appropriate toolingPerform machine offsets and adjustments as neededInspect parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring toolsCollaborate with team members to optimize production processesQualifications:Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a job shop environmentProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&TExperience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and within a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceBC/BSM Health, Dental & Vision401(k) plan with 25% MatchPaid Vacation & HolidaysLife InsuranceWeekly Pay
