We're seeking an experienced eDrive Product Engineer to support the development, industrialization, and launch of advanced inverter manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with automotive, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience to contribute to high-impact electrification projects.Job DutiesDevelop and document inverter manufacturing and assembly processesCreate and maintain engineering specifications for assembly operationsSupport production readiness and mass manufacturing implementationDesign and improve manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipmentConduct Design of Experiments (DOE) and process validation activitiesManage engineering deliverables, timing, costs, and issue trackingLead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and program teamsMaintain component BOMs and support engineering change managementDrive root cause analysis, FMEA, GD&T, SPC, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering/science fieldMinimum 2 years of electrical module assembly or manufacturing engineering experienceKnowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principlesExperience with product development, validation, and industrialization processesAbility to develop engineering specifications and manufacturing documentationStrong communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with CAD software such as CATIA, NX, Creo, or SolidWorks is preferredExperience with DOE, FMEA, GD&T, SPC, and automotive manufacturing processes is highly desirableEmployee BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and pet insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Commuter/Parking AccountsPeople PerksHealth Savings Account (HSA)AD&D InsuranceTake the next step in your engineering career and contribute to innovative manufacturing technology.
