With a strong focus on customer success, we combine deep technical expertise with service and support to deliver consistent quality and productivity for printers, converters, and trade shops. 2nd Shift - Base Builder Mission of the role & responsibilities As a Base Builder, you wil play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintianing manufacturing equiptment. You will be responsible for producing precise and durable flexographic sleeves, adhering to strict quality standards and meeting production targets. This role requires technical expertise, attentian to detail, and teh ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufaturing environment. Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a manufaturing technician/machine operator Basic to intermediate mechanical knowledge for the purpose of conducting preventive and routine maintenance of the equiptment Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work Proficiency in reading technical specifications and flow sheets Basic computing skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to upholding safety standards Ability to push, pull, lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 75 lbs on your own, up to 200 lbs with a team and/or mechanical assistance) Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop for long periods of time Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: Arden, NC Base Pay: $25.22 per hour Contact Sheena.Caldwell@xsysglobal.com
