In this role, you will be pivotal in contributing to the success of the learning team and overall business performance. As part of Hay's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will work closely with the regional learning team to develop and deliver learning content that empowers colleagues to achieve their professional goals.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation of learning programs and curricula to meet business goals and colleague development needs. Expert on use of LMS to ensure value optimization.Collaborate with the Learning Delivery Partner on the logistics of learning sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, planning and preparation, and participant communication, to ensure seamless end to end learning execution.Collaborate with team members to assess specific learning needs and objectives, to be fed into regional and global prioritization.If applicable support the facilitation to ensure engaging training & learning sessions that motivate and inspire participants, adapting methods to suit varying learning styles.If applicable utilize various instructional methods, including e-learning modules, in-person sessions, and virtual seminars, to enhance the learning experience and knowledge retention.Gather and analyze feedback from participants to measure the effectiveness of training sessions and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary.Maintain and organize learning resources and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively utilized by colleagues.Where relevant provide ongoing support and guidance to colleagues post-learning to solidify learning and application of new skills.Prepare reports/updates on learning outcomes and areas for development.Skills and Experience: Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.Fluent in English plus another European /Regional language – where required.Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, skills, and internal equity.
