Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?What You'll DoFlatiron’s real world evidence (RWE) solutions are helping life science companies accelerate oncology R&D, design clinical trials, attain regulatory approvals and much more. The Senior Client Solutions Manager (CSM) plays an instrumental role in designing and delivering fit for use data and services that serve our customers needs, configuring and executing on the solution, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from it. As an Account Lead you will own and oversee a portfolio of work for a particular client (or group of clients). You will support a cross-functional client-facing team aimed at identifying and delivering high-impact RWE solutions across the drug development lifecycle. You will engage with clients and internal teams throughout to ensure successful scope identification, solutions design, execution, delivery and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and brings a track record of removing both technical and logistical roadblocks to meet customer needs. In addition, you'll also:Lead and oversee scoping and execution of a portfolio of solutions (e.g. real-world data deliverables and/or analytic services) in parallel. As the account owner, prioritize tasks across projects and teams based on comprehensive judgment of trade-offsDesign fit-for-purpose RWE solutions for our customers, which includes understanding and breaking down use cases, defining patient cohort selection criteria, designing specific data models, aligning on analytic approaches and setting the right quality bar for the cross-functional team to execute against. Lead or support meetings and engagements with customers (e.g., Life Sciences companies) and communicate progress and decisions clearly and regularly to internal and external stakeholdersPartner with Flatiron Life Science Partnerships and Research Sciences teams and Flatiron customers to ensure a clear understanding of the customer need and any additional considerations (e.g. budget, timeline, expertise, etc) that might affect the solutions you come up with. Manage and grow junior solutions and project managers to support your customers scoping and execution needs.Interface with and lead problem-solving discussions with internal stakeholders (e.g., Life Sciences Partnerships, Research Oncology, Clinical Data Abstraction, Product, Engineering, and Quantitative Sciences) to ensure that all necessary inputs are considered and the team makes sound decisionsCreate and standardize processes so that each project is easier, faster and/or of higher quality than the last oneYou’ll be our key liaison between our Life Sciences Partnerships, Research Sciences, Research Oncology, Clinical Data Abstraction, Product, and Engineering teams to drive projects while scaling Flatiron’s long-term research offerings.Who You AreYou are skilled at creative problem solving, analytical/quantitative thinking, structured communication (both oral and written) and excited about learning and becoming an expert of the Flatiron ecosystem. You effectively lead cross-functional teams and value the chance to make an important impact.At least 8+ years work experience in a client-facing role in a highly structured or scientific environment (i.e., consulting, RWD/RWE, the pharmaceutical industries)Comfort translating complex and ambiguous client needs into custom solutions in partnership with client and internal stakeholdersExperience leading cross-functional teams with a demonstrated bias for action and ability to drive decision-makingDemonstrated track record of managing multiple projects at once in a highly organized and results oriented mannerAbility to navigate and lead project teams within a rapidly evolving business with multiple stakeholder and dependenciesStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExtra CreditExperience with real world dataExperience managing, mentoring and growing high performersWhere you’ll workIn this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. If you are applying to this role at a location that is not the preferred primary location, please keep in mind the salary range will vary and may fall outside of what is listed. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
