Job Title: Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead / CLM Technical OwnerLocation: New York City, New York - Hybrid (3 days onsite)Type: ContractDuration: Long term Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead to act as the technical owner of enterprise SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions such as iCertis and related GRC systems. This is not a traditional system administration or support role—the position demands deep technical expertise in integrations, APIs, and platform architecture.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business workflows and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, reliable, and well-integrated solutions across enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical owner for CLM and related SaaS platforms, driving architecture, integrations, and technical decision-makingDesign, analyze, and troubleshoot API-based integrations, including RESTful services and JSON schema structuresUnderstand and map business workflows and UI processes to backend systems and integrationsLead discussions with vendors by challenging technical designs, validating feasibility, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architectureProvide deep expertise in enterprise authentication mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth, SAML, and identity management flowsDiagnose and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and downstream system impactsEvaluate and vet vendor solutions from a technical architecture standpointGuide and mentor internal admin/support teams, enabling them to become more self-sufficient and technically capableEnsure platform changes are assessed for downstream impact across integrated systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, business stakeholders, and engineering teamsSupport governance and compliance initiatives aligned with GRC frameworksRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong experience with SaaS platform architecture and enterprise application ecosystemsDeep knowledge of APIs, integrations, and JSON schema design/validationHands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systemsExperience with CLM platforms (iCertis preferred) or similar enterprise SaaS toolsSolid understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and contract lifecycle processesAbility to connect business processes with technical implementationsStrong communication skills with the ability to lead technical conversations with vendors and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms like iCertisBackground in enterprise integrations / middleware / system architectureExposure to compliance-driven environments (finance, healthcare, insurance, etc.)Prior experience in a technical leadership or platform ownership role
