Position Summary: In-office closing role with earnings support equivalent to ~$22/hour during active calling time plus aggressive uncapped commissions. Responsibilities:• Close pre-qualified commercial energy opportunities • Handle live transfers from an outbound team • Maintain strong close rates and consistent production • Work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Compensation (Independent/Freelance/Contractor/1099):• Earnings support equivalent to ~$22/hour during active calling time • Aggressive uncapped commissions • Strong volume and income potential for top performers Preferred Experience:• Inside sales or call center closing experience • Energy sales experience strongly preferred • Strong objection handling and phone confidence We are currently managing our staffing needs internally.
