Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities * Operate manual and automated machines * Run production jobs and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and specifications * Load and unload parts and materials * Monitor machine performance and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards * Operate multiple machines simultaneously * Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately * Follow safety and quality procedures at all times Qualifications * Experience with automation and manual machines preferred * Manufacturing or product specification experience preferred * Strong attention to detail * Basic math skills * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening Schedule First Shift * Monday through Friday * 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM * Second Shift * Monday through Thursday 3:30am - 2:00am Pay * up to $20.00 an hour Benefits * Health Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield * Dental Insurance – Delta Dental * Vision Insurance – Superior Vision * 401(k) with company match * Voluntary term life insurance * Voluntary accidental insurance * Employee discounts * Paid time off * 10 paid holidays * Vacation accrual: * 80 hours for years 1–5 * 120 hours for years 6–14 * 160 hours for 15+ years * 40 hours sick time annually Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
