Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will support customer needs, process orders, upsell products, and collaborate closely with our Outside Sales and Fulfillment teams to provide a seamless customer experience.Locations: Stamford, CT, OR Hicksville, NYResponsibilities:Process and manage orders via phone, email, and CRM systemProactively suggest related products and identify upselling opportunitiesAssist outside sales with lead follow-up and project supportCreate and follow up on quotes and proposalsMonitor inventory and provide updates to customers on deliveries or stock-outsMaintain and update order and backorder reportsNavigate local/federal government portals for new opportunitiesProvide feedback on competitive trends and customer activityQualifications:High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred2-4 years of inside sales experience (distribution or B2B sales preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM tools a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyDetail-oriented and customer-focusedSales or Customer Service experience with government agencies preferredCompetitive salary + commission opportunitiesHealth insurance, 401(k), paid time offCollaborative team cultureTo Apply:Send your resume to careers@wisecomponents.com or apply online at www.wisecomponents.com/careersWise Components, inc. 2018.
