We are more interested in who they are, what they are looking to learn, and if they have the potential to be cross-trained in all aspects of sales, marketing, and business in order to move into a management position with us. If the employee and employer are aligned, then both parties can be successful. Our people get one on one mentoring from our owner and senior leaders to help them hit their professional goals.Key Responsibilities for our Entry Level Sales Representatives: Meeting with customers face-to-face Manage sales territoryConduct daily sales presentationsPlan and lead weekly sales meetingsRequirements for our Entry Level Sales Representative Position:0-2 of previous work experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitalityBachelors degree preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationGreat communication skillsSelf-motivatedCompetitive and goal-orientedGreat at working with others in a team environment and independentlyWhat We Offer:Training and developmentExtensive training in sales, communication, effective presentationsFast-paced work environmentCareer advancement opportunitiesCompetitive compensation plan ranging from $45,000-60,000 in uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses/incentives It’s simple for the Gypsum Consulting team.
