Refinitiv is seeking a Business Analyst on the second shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm) to analyze customer subscription lists and identify cost-effective delivery methods while coordinating with carriers and billing teams.
You will use SAP and shipping data to prepare compliant shipping lists, update costs for third-party billing, ensure SOX compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to resolve issues and support customer requests.
