Business Development Manager- Industrial Services

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue within our Industrial and Infrastructure Services Business Line by identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities across target markets. This is a front-line, hunter role focused on winning work, opening doors, and building a strong pipeline across our integrated capabilities including topside and subsea services, pre-commissioning and commissioning, pipeline maintenance, nitrogen purging, dewatering, drying, hydraulic flushing, chemical cleaning, leak testing, bolting and torquing and more. The role requires a commercially aggressive, technically credible professional who thrives on converting leads into awarded contracts. You will proactively engage clients, uncover operational challenges, and position tailored, value-driven solutions that differentiate our offering and deliver measurable business impact.Job DescriptionProactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target markets and key clients Build and develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to EnerMech's core service offerings Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and new client organizations Lead commercial discussions and support the negotiation of contracts across EnerMech core services Position EnerMech's integrated capabilities to address client operational challenges and differentiate our offering Drive revenue growth by converting leads into awarded work and expanding market presence Provide regular sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and market intelligence to support business planning Collaborate closely with Operations to align capability with client demand, particularly across call-out and turnaround activity Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new entry points to strengthen business development strategy Support resolution of client challenges where required, leveraging relationships to protect and grow opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical fieldProven experience in a technical sales or operational role within the energy sectorStrong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to clientsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsWillingness to travel as required to engage with clients and prospectsBenefits401(k) matching10 paid holidaysExcellent bank of PTOGenerous sick days policyBiweekly payShort-term and long-term disability coverageLife insurance coverage 1X SalaryStrong leadership and a supportive company culture that values growth and collaboration!
