We design, manufacture, and support advanced control systems, automation platforms, and turnkey retrofit solutions for turbines, compressors, generators, pumps, and balance-of-plant equipment. Our sales organization works closely with utilities, IPPs, pipelines, refineries, EPCs, and industrial operators to deliver engineered solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, safety, and lifecycle performance. In this Technical Sales Representative role, you will develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support the growth of turbomachinery control retrofits, upgrades, and aftermarket services across your assigned territory.What You Will Be DoingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, pipelines, refineries, EPCs, and industrial customersIdentify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for control system retrofits, upgrades, new installations, and aftermarket servicesConduct discovery to understand customer needs and position appropriate Petrotech solutionsRepresent Petrotech during site visits, customer meetings, outage planning sessions, and industry eventsMaintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM toolsWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor degree preferred in business, engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)3+ years of technical or industrial sales experience with exposure to energy or rotating equipmentAbility to travel 50-60% to client sitesBasic understanding of turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, motors, or related control systemsAbility to read scopes, P&IDs, one-lines, and equipment specificationsExperience selling capital equipment or retrofit projects (preferred)Background calling on power plants, pipelines, refineries, or industrial facilities (preferred)What's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to JOSH.REIFMAN@CYBERCODERS.COM
