Provide direct and continuous nursing care for critically ill neuro patients in a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Perform neurological assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition. Administer and titrate critical care medications per physician orders and hospital protocol. Manage ventilators, invasive lines, and advanced monitoring equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EMR system. Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
