Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager (Data Privacy & Regulatory Compliance)Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber Senior IT Project Manager to lead mission-critical tactical activities within our Consumer Privacy and Data Governance portfolio. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Legal, Data Privacy business partners, and multiple technical IT teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects designed to meet stringent regulatory deadlines, specifically focusing on Consumer Privacy Request and Fulfillment (CCPA). The ideal candidate is a disciplined leader who can drive remediation activities, manage complex budgets, and ensure that data platform initiatives align with global privacy standards.Key Responsibilities• Privacy Lifecycle Management: Plan and execute all phases of the project lifecycle-from scope definition and Proof of Concept (POC) to design, construction, and go-live-specifically for consumer privacy initiatives.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and strictly aligned with CCPA and other global data privacy regulations, legal objectives, and data governance standards.• Financial Stewardship: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations for both internal labor and outsourced services. Partner with Finance teams for cost monitoring and funding alignment.• Stakeholder Orchestration: Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision forums. Serve as the primary liaison between product owners, technical teams, and executive leadership.• Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a strong emphasis on the early detection of project deviations.
