Project Manager - Mechanical Construction | Reno, NVOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction and fabrication projects from award through closeout.ResponsibilitiesOwn all phases of project delivery - cost, schedule, and client satisfactionTrack and forecast project financials; report to executive leadershipProduce and maintain project scheduleLead change management: estimates, budgets, and proposalsManage subcontractors, vendors, and contract negotiationsCoordinate with field leadership, fabrication teams, engineers, and accountantsDirect project meetings and mentor junior staffLead small/medium project bids; support BD on larger pursuitsRequirements:Engineering or Construction Management degree, or equivalent experienceProven experience in mechanical construction; federal/DOE site background preferredPMP certified or ability to obtain within one yearAbility to interpret drawings, specs, and technical documentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)Estimating experience a plusBenefits:Medical, dental & vision - employer covers 86% of premiums401K with match + profit share up to 7.5%STD, LTD & voluntary life insuranceEAP, PTO, paid holidays, and annual family events
