Join us in shaping the future of financial technology innovation.Role DescriptionAITO Trading is looking for a highly driven growth-focused person to help grow paid memberships for our AI stock forecasting app. We are looking for someone who can actually help bring in users through any effective method, including content creation, social media posts, paid ads, partnerships, campus marketing, community growth, or other creative ideas.This role is commission-only / performance-based, so it is best for someone who is confident in their ability to drive real results and is excited about working with an early-stage startup. We care much more about actual membership growth than fancy titles or big-company experience. As you can see, you are acting more like a cofounder for this role.What you will do:Help grow paid memberships for AITO Trading Test and execute marketing ideas across different channels Create growth strategies for user acquisition and conversion Help with content, promotion, partnerships, and community outreach Be open to appearing on camera for promotional or social content when needed What we are looking for:Strong interest in marketing, growth, startups, or user acquisition Someone who is proactive, creative, and results-driven Strong communication skills Willingness to be on camera is strongly preferred Experience in marketing, content, ads, or growth (especially in a startup company) is a plus.Proven experience selling products or services and driving measurable sales growth is a strong plus.New York Metropolitan Area location is preferred
