Part Time Days Pay rate up to $19/hour! **United Methodist Communities is seeking a Building Services Associate.UMC has been certified A Great Place to Work for the 8th year in a row! 88% of our teammates say they feel they make a difference in the work that they do at UMC!Requirements For a Building Services AssociateHigh School graduate or GED1-3 years' experience in a janitorial position and some knowledge of basic repair.Responsibilities For a Building Services AssociateMaintains cleanliness of all areas of the community including floors, furniture, counters and all surfaces and interior of apartments as assigned. Attends to waste disposal including receptacles, compactor (if applicable), recycling and garbage/bulk.Assists with maintenance duties as needed including snow removal, rearranging furniture, changing filters and cleaning for re-occupancy.
