Tower Lodge Care Center - Tower Lodge Healthcare is looking for an Environmental Services/Floor Tech to join our team!Full job description:Key Responsibilities:• Receives and follows housekeeping schedule/instructions assigned.• Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.• Cleans floors to include sweeping, dusting damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc. NOTE: Ensures that appropriate caution/safety signs are properly set up prior to performing such duties.• Replaces cubicle curtains as assigned.. • Ensures that work/assignment areas including resident, non-resident, areas, housekeeping closets, and housekeeping storage rooms are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, mealtimes and end of the workday.• Performs unscheduled Housekeeping/Laundry tasks as directed Maintain equipment and Housekeeping supplies• Ensures that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident safety, comfort and convenience.• Reports equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisor as soon as possible.• Follows established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies.• Assists others in lifting heavy equipment, supplies, etc., as directed or requestedalong with other duties as assigned.Floor cleaning experience needed.Interested?
