Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.Job Posting ExternalJob DutiesStudy existing branch business software to identify enhancement opportunitiesPresent, facilitate, and lead continuous improvement activitiesPartner with branch process owners and ensure appropriate participation and supportProvide event follow-up and monitor the progress of planned improvement implementationDevelop reports of overall Continuous ImprovementFacilitate knowledge transfer across branches and departmentsProvide training, leadership, and team building skills, and subject matter expertise and delivery of continuous improvementAssist in coordinating an enterprise software implementation plan and schedule for newly acquired branchesPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications0-2 years related experienceAssociate degree, preferably a technical degree, or equivalent experienceBranch business process knowledge required.High school graduate or equivalentValid driver's license, good driving record.Preferred QualificationsPrevious subject matter expert in 5S, continuous improvement, value stream mapping, six sigma problem solving, and training strongly preferred.Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skillsStrong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment and lead team activitiesAbility to provide hands-on leadership where needed in execution of process improvements.
