RESPONSIBILITIESOwn End-to-End Performance: Maintain a holistic, top-down view of our large Wi-Fi infrastructure, focusing entirely on end-to-end network performance and customer quality of experience.Dive Deep into Diagnostics: Execute complex root cause analysis (RCA) for critical customer and network issues.Be the Protocol Expert: Leverage deep knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax—Wi-Fi 5, 6, and ideally 7) to troubleshoot complex wireless phenomena.Drive Data-Based Solutions: Utilize monitoring and logging tools, including Splunk, to analyze network data trends. You'll apply basic scripting or SQL skills to extract insights and convert diagnostic findings into actionable engineering improvements.SKILLSProven professional experience supporting a large-scale, high-volume Wi-Fi deployment or comparable large-scale WLAN environment.Expertise in Wi-Fi protocols and advanced diagnostic techniques.Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis using basic scripting or SQL.Familiarity with network performance metrics and monitoring methodologies.
