Overview In this role you will lead a team of application engineers to develop and optimize test programs and strategies for PAC products, guiding projects from concept to high-volume production. You will collaborate with customers and internal partners to shape product strategies, ensure testability, and monitor KPIs. The position offers impact through improving test coverage, enabling timely NPIs, and managing ATE infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. You will drive cross-functional execution and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable test solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of application engineers to develop and deploy test programs for Power, Analog, Converters, and mixed-signal productsCreate project plans and manage schedules to meet milestonesDefine and execute test strategies and roadmaps aligned with product and business goalsOversee test hardware (load boards, probe cards, interface hardware) and software development for 93kCollaborate with customer, sales, BD/MKT, COE and R&D to define product strategies and ensure testabilityOwn and monitor KPIs related to test development and production qualitySupport NPIs and transitions to high-volume manufacturingManage ATE infrastructure, tools, and vendor relationshipsLead root cause analysis of test escapes, false failures, and yield issuesLead hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development for the test engineering team Key requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field10+ years of hands-on experience in application development or test engineering within the ATE industryAt least 3 years in a leadership or managerial roleHands-on experience with ATE platforms such as 93k, UFlex+/Eagle/J750, or similarProven expertise in test program development, debugging, and validationFamiliarity with ATE test interface board (load board) design and verification for Power, Analog, Converters and mixed-signal device applicationsDemonstrated technical leadership and ability to guide engineering teamsStrong understanding of semiconductor device physics, DFT techniques, and failure analysisExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in managing teams across geographies is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentcommunicationlistenercustomer-focused decision makingATE platforms (93k, UFlex+, Eagle/J750)test program developmentdebugging and validation
