What You'll Do Cover open loads by sourcing and booking qualified carriers Make outbound carrier calls to secure capacity on active lanes Enter and update load information accurately in our TMS Communicate load status, ETAs, and issues to the dispatch team in real time Meet daily booking targets and contribute to shift coverage goals What We're Looking For Experience in freight brokerage, load coverage, or carrier sales preferred Strong phone presence and confidence making high-volume outbound calls Fast and accurate data entry skills Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout a full shift Reliable, punctual, and accountable Strong sense of urgency and execution mindset Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly Performance-Based Commission tied directly to load volume, booking consistency, and execution metrics Growth-based pay increases for strong performers Overtime opportunities available Saturdays and Sundays In office Clear advancement path into Carrier Sales and brokerage operations leadership roles Application Question(s): Have you worked in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or load coverage before?
