Structural Welder - Full-Time

Seeking an experienced Stair Box Fabricator/Welder for an onsite role in Millville, NJ. Work Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with optional overtime on Saturdays, earning $26–$30/hour.Responsibilities include reading shop drawings, laying out stairs and rails, selecting fabrication methods, setting up components, operating hand tools and welding equipment, aligning parts, welding in various positions, and inspecting assemblies before shipping.Requirements5+ years in steel fabrication and welding, including stair box fabricationExperience with shop equipment like ironworkers, saws, mag drillsAbility to interpret design and shop drawingsAdherence to safety policiesBenefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid leave, and more.
