Minimum 10 years of construction management experience on large industrial, commercial, or data center projectsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-discipline construction programs including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction contracts, schedule management, budget controls, and subcontractor managementProven track record leading field teams and driving project performance on aggressive schedulesPrevious data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred; heavy industrial or utility background considered
