Role Description This part-time, remote Human Resources Director role will oversee HR activities to ensure smooth operations in alignment with organizational goals and compliance with laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, addressing and resolving employee relations matters, managing performance evaluation processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The HR Director will also support organizational culture initiatives and workforce planning. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources principles, including experience with HR policies and best practicesExpertise in Employee Relations and Performance ManagementComprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment LawProven ability to work in a remote setting and manage HR functions effectivelyStrong leadership, decision-making skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plusExperience in nonprofit organizations or the youth development sector is advantageous
