Anchored Executive Searchis helping one of our clients find a Chief Operating Officer for their new Behavioral Health company.Successful healthcare organization with more than 15 years of experience My client has started a Behavioral Health company and have partnered with a well known REIT and the goal is for this to be a massive operation Currently they own and operate 5 behavioral health facilities that they just acquired within the past 60 days We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer with Behavioral Health experience (highly preferred) My client also owns more than 40 Skilled Nursing Facilities Nationwide and more than 15 Senior Living Communities Base salary is very competitive - starting at 300k with a profit share model incentive Must have a competitive personality and be very driven - experience with start ups is highly preferred Can live really anywhere in the United States at this point
