Job Overview:Seeking dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing professional to lead customer engagement and growth for our CPG and printer clients. The ideal candidate will blend strategic marketing skills with hands-on sales expertise, targeting CPG's and packaging and printing firms across North America. you will be instrumental in driving sales projects, managing client accounts and communicating the value of PRP's solutions.Reports to: Director of Sales & Sales ManagersKey Responsibilities:Sales:Develop, manage and close sales projects listed in CRMBuild and maintain strong client relationships within the packaging and printing sectorsManage full-cycle B2B sales processes, from prospecting to contract finalizationCoordinate with design and production teams to meet client-specific printing needsTrack performance metrics such as total and weighted values, closing probabilities, and timeline forecastsMarketing: Create and execute marketing campaigns aligned with industry trends and client needsDevelop collateral that showcases product capabilitiesPartner with graphics teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channelsLeverage CRM analytics to segment and target outreach effectivelyRepresent company at trade shows and industry eventsQualifications:Proven track record in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in packaging or print manufacturingFamiliarity with CRM platforms and data analysisStrong understanding of flexographic printing technologies and client applications
