Floor Technician Supervisor

Job summary: Seeking an experienced Floor Technician Supervisor to join our operations project team on 1st shift + weekends. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a skilled floor care specialist who has proven supervisory experience. You will lead a team of floor technicians across commercial and industrial clients and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Wage - $18.00 per hour upon Directors approval based on experience Responsibilities: Perform and supervise all floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, scrubbing of hard surface floors (VCT, LVT, terrazzo, marble, wood, etc.).Train, mentor, and supervise a team of floor technicians, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.Floor projects can include nights, and weekend work as required by client needs.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and proactive problem-solving.Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on floor care equipment.Complete required time sheets accurately and on time.Assist with general cleaning tasks when necessary to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of professional floor care experience.At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a janitorial, or cleaning services environment.Strong knowledge of floor care chemicals, equipment operation, and restoration techniques.Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle may be utilized).Ability to pass background check Required skills: Leadership and team management abilities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50lbs), and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends based on client schedules.
