Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Bilingual)Location: Niles, ILSchedule: 2nd Shift (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM)Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (flexible for the right candidate)Position OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a growing fulfillment and production operation. This role will oversee daily floor activities, manage team performance, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility role and help build and scale a team from the ground up, with the potential to oversee a large workforce as operations expand.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production and fulfillment operations on the 2nd shiftLead, coach, and develop a team of general labor employeesAssign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are metMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standardsConduct regular floor walks to identify and resolve issues in real timeHandle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolutionSupport training efforts and ensure proper use of equipment and materialsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S practicesTrack production, labor, and efficiency metrics using Excel and internal systemsCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet production goalsDay-to-DayThis role is highly floor-focused, requiring constant visibility and engagement with the team. You will spend your time directing workflows, troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting employees. As the operation grows, you will play a key role in scaling processes, maintaining organization, and driving performance across a larger team.QualificationsRequired:Bilingual (Spanish/English)5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or fulfillmentStrong Excel skills (tables, formulas, data tracking)Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvementProven leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Preferred:Experience in packaging, printing, food production, or similar environmentsERP system experienceBackground in high-growth or scaling operationsWhat We're Looking ForStrong, hands-on leader who leads from the floorEmotionally intelligent with excellent communication skillsAbility to manage large teams and adapt in a fast-changing environmentProcess-driven with a continuous improvement mindsetAdditional InformationTeam will scale from ~30 employees to 200+ per supervisorMinimal overtime requiredStandard pre-employment screening appliesStart date: ASAP
