Now we need someone to pour fuel on the fire.The RoleWe're looking for a senior Growth & Community Manager to build and scale Tagada's digital footprint across every channel that matters. This isn't a "schedule posts and call it a day" role. You'll be the voice of Tagada online, driving awareness, engagement, and inbound interest through content, community, and strategic partnerships.What You'll OwnContent creation and distribution across X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and niche ecommerce communitiesProduct demos, walkthroughs, and short-form video content that showcase what Tagada can doDiscord server management: growing the community, moderating, running events and conversationsPartnerships with relevant - Discord servers, Telegram groups, and online communities in the ecommerce/payments spaceActive presence in Telegram groups and forums where merchants hang outPosting on niche pages, directories, and platforms where our audience livesTracking what works, doubling down on it, and killing what doesn'tWho You Are5+ years of experience in growth, community, or content marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or ecommerceDeep knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem is a must. You know Shopify, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels, payment processors, subscription tools, and how merchants actually think and operate day to dayYou've built online communities before, not just managed themStrong copywriting skills, you can write content that doesn't sound like corporate fluffComfortable on camera for demos and video contentNative or near-native EnglishSelf-starter who doesn't need hand-holding.
