Operations - Process Manager
Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Process Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.Duties:Manage the lifecycle of the interviewer community's readinessCoordinate and track the enrollment, completion, and compliance of all required interviewer training modules and certification programsMaintain accurate records of certified interviewers, regularly audit training completion data, and generate reports on interviewer compliance status to identify gaps and drive corrective actionServe as a point of contact for interviewer inquiries related to training, certification status, and interview logistics, escalating complex issues as necessary to the appropriate stakeholdersTake ownership of the existing library of operational and process documentationConduct periodic, scheduled audits to verify accuracy, relevance, and adherence to current standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure all process documentation is updated swiftly and accurately in response to policy, strategy, or system changesIdentify unmet resource needs within the team and the broader interviewer communityDesign, develop, and implement new, high-quality standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, training guides, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) resources where they currently do not exist, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendlyProvide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for various team projects, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and organizing meetingsContribute to the overall operational excellence of the team by suggesting improvements to existing processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and the interviewer experience Desired Skills/Experience:2+ years experience in project coordination, recruitment ops, or a heavy process-oriented roleEfficient in Google G-SuiteAbility to commute into the office Monday through FridaySuperior time management, organization and prioritization skillsProven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional teamExcellent communication, negotiation and influencing skillsExhibit a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality and flexibilityAbility to quickly and effectively adapt to changeProven problem solving, analytical and decision making skillsAbility to embrace new systems and process enhancementsStrong attention to detail Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
