Role Description We are seeking a contract Director of Investor Relations to oversee and enhance communications with our investors, stakeholders, and financial community. This remote role will involve managing investor inquiries, creating financial presentations, preparing press releases, and developing strategies to promote investor engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and fostering strong, transparent relationships with investors and analysts. Additionally, the role will require maintaining up-to-date materials and insights tailored to stakeholder needs. Qualifications Experience in Investor Relations and creating impactful communication with stakeholdersStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial ModelingKnowledge of Finance and experience in managing financial performance metricsProven ability to craft and distribute professional Press ReleasesExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in the sports management or entertainment industry would be advantageous
