Director, Commercial Communications – North America(Confidential | Healthcare / Biotechnology)We are partnering with a global, publicly traded biotechnology company to recruit a Director, Commercial Communications – North America. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic communicator who thrives at the intersection of business performance, financial rigor, and executive storytelling.The Director partners closely with the President of North America and senior leaders across Communications, Finance, Investor Relations, Commercial, Strategy & Operations, and the Office of the President. In addition to supporting executive and investor‑related communications, this role provides strategic support to North American growth initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, finance, consulting, or advisory roles within a publicly traded healthcare, biotech, or life sciences environment. Strong earnings experience, executive presence, financial acumen, and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization are essential.The organization offers a hybrid work environment with team members collaborating in the Cambridge, MA office three days each week.
